That's crazy, what country does that satisfy a legal requirement? I know it's not the US, because pharmacies and prescriptions are tightly controlled via the FDA and a number of other organizations.
Spain, Italy, Romania... any broke and/or corrupt EU country with lax doctors who need extra money.
Even though the UK left the EU this is a UK business because ofc a UK pharmacy will still accept European scripts.
