If you’re a man, and you’re not fighting over a woman, is there even a point to fighting at all?

Yes. Fight to be free. Fight to keep your property. Fight to keep you privacy. Fight to keep your freedom of assembly, of faith, of speech.

Fighting over a woman is important, but not the only reason to fight.
