It was almost unreal…no insomnia! Deep sleep. Weird dreams. Wonderful.
And did you fall asleep right away tired or you didn't expect this to happen?
First, I was falling asleep in my chair, so I hustled to bed.
Then I fell asleep. And slept and slept… I didn’t expect to sleep through the night. Will mark this day on the calendar 🗓️
I did so much yoga yesterday… so much relaxing… watched 2 soccer matches… it was glorious
