Well, as with everything, I think it's nuanced. Certainly billionaires exist in the way you are describing and we would not lose much from their departure (apart from the caviar merchant going out of business), but also they exist on the other end of the spectrum e.g. Mr Dyson, and ilk. We don't want to throw the baby out with the bath water.
