What’s the book about?

"The Whole Internet" was a book published by O'Reilly circa 1991. It describes most of the destinations on the internet via #gopher,# telnet, #WAIS, and others. This was before web sites. Prior to the "the web" we had many gopher sites to peruse. The internet was a very, very friendly place at that time.

I actually tossed my copy of the book into the landfill last year, as I emptied my storage unit, to disconnect from all my stuff and be a free man; a #digitalNomad for over a year now :-)
