Good alternatives to NUC 13 PRO, similar form factor?

I've been putting the LattePanda through a few workloads the last month or two. So far it's solid. My only gripe is memory is fixed. Other than that it's got quite the kick for the form factor: https://www.lattepanda.com/blog-311018.html
Recently got an old Dell Optiplex Micro and I think it gets still built in a new version - not the same form factor as a NUC but still pretty decent.
I've been eyeing those too, they seem fantastic.

or Beelink - https://www.bee-link.com have mini PC devices that are similar to the NUCs. I haven’t personally used them but I’ve seen them both recommended as NUC alternatives.
