The EU has gone bad very quickly. DSA, finger scans for IDs, chat control, digital euro and a bunch more of new acts enacted upon 27 countries by an unelected Committee and people still believe that national elections matter at this point.
The "Always has been" meme, but "Always hasn't" instead.
Its largely why I can't care for most politicians. Maybe for my Bundesland ("state"?) but anything up untill the EU committees doesnt matter, at all. xD
