Are there any negative points at full-RBF? I will tend to be for but I am extremely suspicious since Peter todd seems to strongly insist that it be activated by default.

I don't have an opinion because I don't understand the topic. However his reasoning is extremely sus as usual.
"X% of miners support feature Y so it must be enabled in Bitcoin Core" is fundamentally not how Bitcoin it's supposed to work.

It looks to me the proposed change is simply to change the default setting of Bitcoin Core from off to on.
Since RBF is a battle tested Bitcoin feature with many positives, I think it would be a positive change.
That said, the way the PR has been presented is terrible.
