help me understand why a company like Metaplanet or MicroStrategy selling you shares (IOU's aka Debt) so THEY can buy more Bitcoin.. is not the same as a shitcoin initiative?

It's the exact same method as Proof of Stake - without the 'blockchain' marketing.
