I thinks it’s subconscious. Two things can’t exist at once in this case but they tell themselves it can. There is just no way that you can have a solid understanding of Bitcoin and what it means to the world while finding value in shitcoins.

Folks will argue that you can and leverage shitcoins for bitcoin but that’s more of an indicator that they don’t understand and need to do more research but you can’t tell them that so you end up frustrated 🙄It’s honestly not worth the headache eventually they’ll get it.
