Competence: The ability to apply knowledge, skills, and judgment effectively in a given context to achieve a desired outcome.
Incompetence and Racism are not the same thing.

A mate of mine works for a German company... He refused to fly with DEI co-pilots.
He almost lost his job but maintained that he WILL NOT FLY if people are hired via any other metric than competence...
Even worse, my wife and I have cancelled two flights for this specific reason because Holland is so left that kids get born with red berets nowadays... and their first words in this order are: Comrade, Climate Change & Mommy!
