Maternity leave in America is fucking EMBARRASSING!

My wife just had our baby, and she gets 60% pay for 6 weeks, 40% for 4 weeks, and 2 more weeks completely unpaid because she has no PTO left.

You’d think she’d get better benefits as a nurse.

How is this the richest country in the world?
