Our beloved choice for break: El Gallo Pinto 🐓

"Gallo pinto" means "spotted rooster" in Spanish. The name is said to originate in the multi-colored or speckled appearance that results from cooking the rice with black or red beans. The term may also be shortened depending on the region, calling just "Pinto"

Thanks for sharing! Gallo pinto is awesome/delicious.

Eating at sodas is is one of my best memories of the Costa Rica trip my wife and I took. So fun to discover a new soda each day with delicious food!

Also, I have to mention lizano in this thread. #obligatory

I always keep bottle stocked at home.
