I can't exactly vouch for this persons mentality about other human beings. But it reminds me of one of my favorite recent books called:
The Machiavellians: Defenders of Freedom.
Everyone should read it IMO. But essentially it is a crash course in the idea that Democracy is an illusion and the minority always rules.

The only system that works in this world we live in is the free market. Communities believe in some form of control. They expect the group to act certain ways in a market that benefits everyone. That then essentially creates a hard fork of the market. A “shitcoin” market one might say. And they will inevitably fail and freedom will again take over. It is the one constant in life. Do you think it's okay to sell children?
I have no plans or desire to habe plans to buy and sell children. But I mean people buy kids all the time here in America. They have a whole system and everything. Sometimes they go to other countries and buy the kids
If you knew there was a bazaar for selling children would you stand by and do nothing as children are sold?
If I could benefit more than I would lose. In a free market the only thing stopping you from doing anything you want is yourself. If you want to free them kids get some guns and mercs and free them kids. Make sure you weigh the consequences. If they retaliate make sure you have the capital to defend. Or maybe you go for the publicly expose them online so people know not to do business with them if they do not support selling children. There are lots of options. Giving retards guns and power creates a monopoly on justice and monopolies are inherently evil

Or you as an individual can manipulate your neighbors in to thinking taking out the bazar is what best for their society. You can use all kinds of media campaigns to spread your message and you can use common manipulation tactics to tug on those heart strings of the weak
Manipulation doesn't have to even happen. It is entirely possible they just happen to agree that selling children is wrong and must be stopped.
But what about if you can't get enough support? Then you have to reevaluate how much you truly care. So you turn to begging. And if begging is not enough you will have to resort to lieing and stealing and youll reevaluate again.
Usually human are weak and dumb and want to avoid conflict. Thats why individuals use propaganda and fear techmiques to manipulate people to do what they believe is right. "Vote or die." "Silence is violence."
