For the past four weeks, I've started my mornings with 20 minutes of meditation, followed by Chi exercises - a practice I've nurtured for a couple of years now.
I've come to realize that it's often the smallest, most subtle routines that hold the greatest transformative potential. Cultivating inner calm and balance, I've found that I can tap into deeper sources of energy and resilience.
A reminder that true strength and vitality arise not from grand, dramatic gestures, but from the quiet, everyday choices we make to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits.
