Hi Tanja,
From my experience, there is no exact/best diet. Learning from life, the best thing to do is to keep everything balanced and not beeing too extreme on one single thing or diet. Listening to your body will give you best advice for each time and situation. The trues (golden point) lies always somewhere in the middle of extremes.
True that, but need to start somewhere and somehow if the current diet is not working anymore 🫣
