Go to the beach. Show off your glute gains while giving them a break.

Sleep therapy in the mountains also sounds tempting. I don’t like the mountains much, more likely I rest. What time is it over there?!?

Why up so early?

Fell asleep early then had a really intense bad dream. I think I’ve been awake for about 3 hours now.

Happened to me a couple of days ago, crashed at 9pm, woke up super early feeling refreshed, by 9am I was a zombie.

Fortunately my day will allow me to take a morning nap if I need it.

My favorite sweatshirt says I LIKE NAPS

I was wearing that sweatshirt around a friend’s teenage daughter and she told me it looked used. I was like yeah by me.

Why not? Mountains are great for toughening up your lungs. Also really good for getting rock hard calf muscles.

This assumes one is hiking in the mountains and not just hanging out at a cabin with a lovely view.

If it’s comfy I might not even need the view

I’d only skip the view of the mountains if I had a better view staying in bed 😉

Dunno, mountain makes me sleepy and tired. Sea makes me more energetic and active. So, maybe I should head for the mountain, listen to my body and sleeeeeeep
