Why up so early?
Fell asleep early then had a really intense bad dream. I think I’ve been awake for about 3 hours now.
Happened to me a couple of days ago, crashed at 9pm, woke up super early feeling refreshed, by 9am I was a zombie.
Fortunately my day will allow me to take a morning nap if I need it.

Why not? Mountains are great for toughening up your lungs. Also really good for getting rock hard calf muscles.
