how does muting work in #damus ?

when i mute a npub for 1 month or indefinitely, when does it disappear from my feed?

does it retro or does it suppress notes after i mute?

or is it best practice to unfollow, instead?

I find the for a month or for a week don’t work too well. Indefinitely works. Haven’t tried for a month or week recently, but when I did it didn’t work.

that did not work either. in fact, when i go to the profile to mute, it prompts me 3 times!! & it still does not work. lol

And if you try closing and reopening the app after muting (the indefinite one)?

i muted the npub on primal, it works there. the same in yakihonme. damus, on the other hand, like nothing happened

Not sure it’s the same mute list on primal and Damus though. Haven’t played with Yakihonne enough
