I have no idea if my relay list is performing well. I just tried to post something and like 15 relays failed to post it because they timed out???
Can you recommend a solid list of relays I can use and rely on?

Yeah:
1. you are using way too many relays for inbox and outbox. Pick just 3 relays on each and make sure they are receiving your events.
2. Many relays on your list don't exist anymore, like nostr.mutinywallet.com, relayable.org, nostr.milou.lol and relay.current.fyi. I would delete the General List and add the recommended relays Amethyst is giving you. Those are the relays your follows use.
3. Hit the Default button on Search relays.
