Would you suggest using some weights?

I’m more thinking of nature calisthenics than gyms. So probably that will took more then 2years :/

Look up home workouts on YouTube from Drew Baye and Jay Vincent. High intensity training is the best form of training I have found over the years. Do a leg, chest, shoulder, and back workout each week to failure. Those guys will explain how to do that. If you like reading then check out body by science written by Dr. Doug McGuff.
