Still haven't managed a LNURL/addr on GrapheneOS. Wallet of Satoshi requires Google Play Services installed, which I refuse to do. Phoenix wallet doesn't support it yet, either.
I vaguely remember reading that you can sandbox Google Play, is that a possibility?
