Phoenix #lightning wallet is now more custodial than micropaymental. If before the transfer fee for 21 sats #zap was 1 Satoshi, now it's 4 sats. But you still have seed-backed LN storage, and no more need to pay fixed 3K or 10K sats fee for opening of new channels - now it depends on amount of incoming sats and actual #Bitcoin transaction fees. And from last update, if I get it right, you have only one channel with changing by incoming payments capacity.
