This Congress, I often did some last-minute preparation of a session on the evening before. I considered cancelling one session, because I felt it was not "good enough".
I always have some stage fright, and hope that I won't make a fool of myself. As soon as the session starts, though, adrenaline takes over and I'm usually having a pretty good time on stage.
Overall, I think I understood my "worry cycle" a bit better this year. Being able to anticipate it makes it easier to handle.
