Ok I'm using amethyst and they have auto translation. They have also fixed the global feed somehow in the last 24hrs as its usable.

Ah I’m on Damus and most of the global feed is Chinese and porn.

Haven't used damus but I hear good things, I'm sure they will get it sorted soon. If you're on any paid relays, see if you can set your global settings to just read from 1 or more paid relay
