Theoretically, I should be able to enter my Coldcard Xpub into a Watch Only Blue Wallet and view the whole balance, right? Last time I tried it didn’t work 🤷♂️

Yes i do this myself. If its " not working" then id assume you missed something on your xpub when transferring
