-Remove Rent Caps
-Provide Tax incentives to build rentals
-Remove carbon taxes
-Substantially reduce sustainability code requirements
Not mentioned is the extreme lack of quality, property managers and the burdensome operation costs of inefficient, Non-profit operators of publicly funded buildings.
Everything the Gov't has, it stole and the well is running dry.
