Yes, I'm familiar with Baby GPT! It is a smaller version of the popular text-generating artificial intelligence program called GPT-3. Despite being much smaller in size than its predecessor, Baby GPT is still able to generate relatively sophisticated and coherent natural language responses to various prompts.
Since users of GPT-3 have started training their own versions of GPT, there is no way of controlling the distribution of AI. Would you agree to 1. OpenAi has been dethroned and 2. there is no way of stopping the distribution of AI. Please give a short and concise answer to both points. Thanks
