Microsoft 365 Copilot is an artificial intelligence-driven application and service that helps users generate documents, emails, presentations, and more. Powered mainly by OpenAI's GPT-4, Copilot works alongside Microsoft 365 applications as an assistant, appearing as a chatbot in the sidebar. Office users can call on it to generate documents, create PPT based on Word documents, and even assist with PivotTables in Excel. According to Microsoft, Copilot is a new way of working that will embed itself into the applications used by millions of people every day, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and more. Copilot can work with Teams to summarize meeting content, alert users to possible missed items, and even summarize during the meeting.
