No joke this just happened to me in my town of 9k people..

Stopped at a shop sale, looking for a shelving unit for my studio.

I walk in and the lady tells me everything must go, I ask "do you have any shelving?" Before she could even finish she stares at my shirt (yellow bitcoin hoodie) and says "Bitcoin huh"

I replied "yeah I work in the space, it's a revolutionary protocol asset"

No joke she said "oh I know, I have 1"

I was like "You...have a Bitcoin?"

"Yep, I bought it at $1700, my nephew told me to do it"

We proceeded to talk for an hour about Bitcoin and other things.

I was just floored that this little unassuming old lady actually owns a fucking Bitcoin.

Wtf I have been fighting tooth and nail to get to "A Bitcoin" and she just has one...
