but it’s not even just a cover letter anymore. it’s all these extra commentary fields/boxes to fill out instead which takes way longer
Ohhh Yeahh, those take forever now too 😭🫂💯 I prefer those to the cover letters though - mostly cos sometimes they don’t even read the cover letter 🙈 heartbreaking

I believe there is an AI selection situation with some companies - possibly all soon, but not sure. Noo that’s okay, questions are good 🫂🫂 I genuinely don’t know for sure, but it would make sense to filter though a high volume of applications this way 🙏🏽 I have heard this is likely.
