Doesn't matter what time of day you walk around, I see rats around all the time. Of course during the early evening, it's like they gather together just about anywhere.
And in my street, nothing to fancy, but nothing to trashy either, and those fuckers wake me up in the middle of the night, when they're screaming and fighting each other. Kid you not unfortunately.
