This could potentially be a problem if the pool owns the majority of it. Pools could be ordered to censor transactions. Historically, it was easy for miners to jump to another pool. It's still easy, but many big mining companies might not be able to due to regulation.

I just think this means it's time for Muslims to set up their own mining operations in Muslim countries to compete. I've been meaning to get into mining.
