Check out Bitwarden/Vaultwarden. I run my own Vaultwarden instance on my NAS in a docker container and access it via the Bitwarden app.

I have a 4-Bay Synology NAS. I like it, but the proprietary Linux gets a little getting used to, but I've figured out how to ssh in, mount drives over nfs, and run docker containers. It's still Linux, after all.
