Thank you for the explanation. I think I remember now that about amethyst, but these reports shouldn't really affect anything if theyre weird spam accounts? Although there is a fair amount of 'follow4follow' culture on nostr for this to potentially be a problem🤔?

Yes.

Anything that filters for your own follows picks up all of theirs and then you suffer if they follow a bunch of junk.
