If you suffer from chronic pain. You may also have emotional symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, or withdrawing from social activities.

If you do, you are definitely not alone. Between 20% and 30% of the world population suffers from chronic pain.

I watched this documentary called Emotion 2.0 and it explains how all illnesses come from Emotions very very interesting..

Have you read Bessel van der Kolk’s “The Body Keeps the Score?”

Fascinating and well researched explanation about how traumatic experiences can become locked into our central nervous system and musculature. It would be right up your alley.

I’m also curious to what extent diet plays a role in chronic pain. A lot of people have healed chronic inflammation through radical elimination diets. The gut-mind connection is very real.

I had a GI specialist tell me that there is no mind-gut connection. 😂 I promptly fired him as my doc.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll definitely check it out

Your doc might have a point regarding the gut. The causal mechanism might have more to do with metabolism. I really like Dr. Chris Palmer (Harvard Psychiatrist) as an extremely interesting voice on this issue.

I also found the Dr. Shawn Baker Podcast to be interesting, as he’ll often interview normal people who have seen improvement on carnivore/ketogenic diets.

In my own case, I saw massive improvements in mood and mental health after changing my diet.
