Update:

I have written before that the interests rates must be canceled. However I would like to specify that the interests on unpaid debt must be cancelled and deducted of the amount that must be paid so that only the money that was borrowed gets paid back without any extras (even if the interests were added over the past years). This is now an end-condition for all the bans of all countries that must be declared before obtaining any reductions of the current bans.
