OK, caught up on"Twitter: Breaking the Bird"

Not really worth watching unless you still enjoy old media focus and bias.

Pretty much. Watched it last night. They toyed with calling it “FriendsTalker” which was the main highlight.

Yeh, they actually had some good alternative names (not FriendsTalker).

I didn’t realise the 140 character limit was because it was SMS’ing your status to everyone 😂

It was really an early version of WhatsApp

Yep 😁 - SMS broadcasting. A kind of pre-smartphone group messenger.

I didn't mind it, nothing surprising because we lived through it. I wish they'd have capped it off with mention of the future of social media and where we are today with Nostr and decentralized platforms.
