People usually learn a new language for a purpose and there are many resources available to learn English in comparison with any other language. If the demand is for another language and there are enough resources, the other language might take the lead.
Wow, an English tax is provocative… should there similarly be a tax on bitcoiners to help to support poor BCH users to support fairness between monetary networks? Or an email tax to support people not using electronic mail yet?
