Great question. My regular coffee spot uses a Square terminal. Why can't we pay with lightning by now? Square could market it to the merchants with instant final settlement and 1000x lower fees (with added benefits of NgU).

Seems like they could easily roll this out with an update to add a big lightning bolt button that simply generates a QR code) idk. 🤷‍♂️

Perhaps this would go a long way to helping struggling small/local businesses: upgrade the Money
