I classify movies (and tv shows) into feel good movies and feel bad movies. After a long day of hard work and dealing with life (duties, responsibilities, stress, anxiety …etc…,) I would like to sit and relax and watch a feel good movie (if I have time for it). I don’t want to watch something to give me more stress and anxiety. Plus our brain does not differentiate between what we watch and reality. So be careful what you feed your brain and heart.
