I don’t understand people who shake hands with someone without standing up.
This is considered very disrespectful in my culture.

I think it is in most cultures, but people forget manners, people forget history. And in a broader view, slowly, history repeats itself. Very dramatic description for missing manners in this clip, but little things stack up over time.
