Need to map out a high elevation route to RR and establish a "go line." Like NC and TN, too many roads along waterways.

Go line: an established water level for critical points along an emergency route that once hit, you leave regardless of future forecast.

Go line is a good idea. Definitely going plot this out. I’ve not been considering rivers as possible uncrossable barriers

Not just river crossings but anywhere the road gets close to a river becomes a critical point as well.
