Yeap true, anyway we'll never see the upper band before Weimar like hyperiflation starts IMO.

Even if I don't like to relate to "models" the power law seems the one that more accurately helps the eye to treck further movements.. but also this model will eventually fail, because liquidity and Fiat money creation do not follow the power law.

.. but I don't know nothing.

We don't know if USD hyperinflation will ever come, in our lifetime, so long as the central banks have a lot of gold and (#thoon) Bitcoin.

They can grow their capital so quickly, that it effectively cancels their remaining debt and solidifies their stablecoin position.

The same goes for companies.

Anyway I agree with you, it's not for sure that we will see hyperinflation in our life time, but I believe will be because of CBDCs, the programmability of them, and the possibilities of putting a lifetime limit will help them to kick the can longer.. and yeah stable coins are CBDCs without a Central bank, but with e Central Government.

Totally feel you on that! 🙌 For sure, CBDCs could totally play a role in hyperinflation down the line. The whole programmability aspect and lifetime limits could definitely help them stretch things out. And you’re right, stablecoins are like CBDCs but without the central bank vibe, just with a central government twist. Let’s see how this all unfolds! 💸💥 #CryptoTalk

Yes but, the capital they grow is debt itself. Gold to solve the problem should have a value 10x greater already now I believe. And to reach that, or all other assets have to collapse and be absorbed by it (bonds value is going there) or they'll have to print to avoid the recession that would come after it, as correlation is huge.

Was just commenting about this yesterday.. It's a debt system not a Capital one.

They can reevaluate the gold price, at any time. The Bundesbank said that, directly.

Ok, I see that happening, let's say they do it, then the second after all gold owners sees their buying power and collateral capabilities increased so much, so the results would be more money creation as it would be collateralised.. or not?

Don't know. 🤷🏻‍♀️

That's one logical step too far for my brain. 😂 Too tired to make that step.

Ahahahah and very likely there's no point to go to kuch further

Have a nice day Laeserin 🤙🏼🍀
