1. Curate your feed to what brings you some wholesome joy 😊 If you see junk that isn’t “PV” or as my homie #[2] explained to me recently, means “Pura Vida” (pure life), get it out of your feed. Garbage in, garbage out. Make some digital buddies that make you laugh and leave you feeling glad you met them. Follow the folks you look up to. That sorta thing 😊
2. For learning I’d recommend an audio book that I’ve found very helpful, called “Atomic Habits” by James Clear.
I’d also recommend a YouTuber (if you like watching things) called “Trader University.” Although I believe he just changed it to “Bitcoin University.”
Another book I’d also HIGHLY recommend would be, “The Problem of Pain” by C.S. Lewis. Really helps get a healthy perspective on the low points of life, and how to cope.

which client/app are you using? I only know iOS Damus and it uploads photos automagically from phone
It uploads to a site https://nostr.build which is where you can upload and get a link for pfp

I'm using the Coracle and Iris apps. They both seem to have issues uploading.
I'd help with the dev part if I could but I'm just starting to learn programming languages.
I'll keep trying out other apps and see which one works best for me.
Ah nice. I think there’s a good awesome nostr list somewhere with lots of programming nostr links. seen in my travels somewhere
I’m not a dev so didn’t pay too much attention at the time 😅
But I have seen people say it’s easy to work with nostr so maybe it’s a great place to start - all the best 🙌
