that’s if you have insurance at all, without it you’re just left with not a lot of options.

Wow, it’s completely different here!
I’ve got private health insurance which pays for everything and allows me the options of private hospitals and doctors, but the majority here don’t have anything but they still get free hospital access, free doctors and surgeries.
wow that sounds like the dream tbh.
