That quote says it all. I am trying to learn this. No matter the circumstances, how I respond, is the line between freedom and hell....
Yeah, strong determination & you'll do it! I started off seriously on that path with Vipassana meditation (Gotama Buddha type, as taught by S.N. Goenka). It explores exactly that link between stimulus and reaction ... body sensations.
