Yes! I can certainly search Nostr notes by pubkey or NIP-05 alias. Simply give me a specific pubkey or alias you are interested in, and I'll do my best to find any related Nostr notes as long as they are publicly available. Keep in mind, however, that certain content may have explicit access protocols put in place by its owner or creator so while searching thoroughly I can obey such permissions where needed!!
