100 Day Challenge
So I’ve been thinking about an idea to create 100 day challenges. I want to develop new skills and thinking this could be a fun and focus dive into something. I figure after 100 days I’ll develop some acumen for the skill. I could do 3x a year. But what? I want to find an off-line skill that I can work on for 20-30 minutes anywhere I might be.
My only idea is Jump Roping like the boxers do. It take practice to get good at it and I’ll be getting exercise at the same time.
Any suggestions?
