It's peak strawberry season at the homestead, spent the morning picking and picked more in the evening while enjoying a cold beer on a hot afternoon, this is the life!
We've tried all sorts of ways to preserve the strawberries, freezing, dehydration and jam. This year we have a bunch of honey from another local Bitcoiner so we will be making jam! It's the most work and expense but there's something special about cracking into fresh jar of strawberry jam mid winter to remind you that spring is on its way.
