Eh, maybe but fiat typically loses value. Deflation is rare in an economy with fractional reserve banking.
When #bitcoin dropped from 60k to 35k I wouldn’t say that the US dollar gained value.
True, it's that capital fled from that market into dollars or other currencies. Or even other assets.
